Steve Johnson, AIA, LEED AP, serves as the Director at BRW Architects, Inc. since July 2018, where Steve has also held roles as Senior Associate and Associate. Prior to this, Steve was the Senior Project Architect and K-12 Studio Leader at KAI Texas from June 2016 to July 2018. Between May 2012 and June 2016, Steve worked as a Senior Project Architect at Boynton Williams & Associates, and earlier, from April 1994 to May 2010, held the position of Associate at VLK Architects, Inc. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington (1984-1991) and an MBA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix (2004-2005), following a high school education at North Garland High School from 1981 to 1984.
