Kausar Mahmud Asif currently serves as the Head of Operations at Bruvana Group, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this, Kausar worked as a Project Engineer (Assistant Manager) at Suzuki Bangladesh - Rancon Motorbikes Ltd. from February 2016 to February 2021, where responsibilities included implementing a manufacturing plant in collaboration with Suzuki Motor Corporation and Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Engineer at Impress Group, overseeing maintenance and servicing of heavy construction machinery, and as a Jr. Engineer in Service at Kaltimex Energy Bangladesh (Pvt.) Ltd. where maintenance and troubleshooting of MWM Gas Engines were primary responsibilities. Kausar holds a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Dhaka and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology.
