Elsa Darquier-Fournier currently serves as COO at Brut. since April 2020, overseeing global digital media operations across Europe, the US, India, and Africa. Prior roles include Head of Brut Shop and Chief People Officer at Brut., as well as DRH Groupe at Big Mamma from April 2016 to March 2020. Elsa's experience includes several positions at L'Oréal from September 2010 to April 2016, such as Recruitment Manager and Marketing Product Manager - LASCAD. Key achievements involve leading an HR Excellence Global Program, implementing a worldwide appraisal system, and managing a graduate program. Elsa began their career with internships in HR at various organizations, including AEROCONSEIL and One Young World.
