Nilesh Bhavsar, PMP, has extensive experience in information technology project management, currently serving as an Information Technology Project Manager at Brunswick Corporation since September 2021, where responsibilities include delivering business initiatives through Agile methodologies and driving PMO process improvements. Prior to this role, Nilesh worked as a Consultant at TCS, leading data transformation projects, and held the position of Project Manager at GE Power, managing data migration for complex global ERP systems. Earlier in a long tenure at GE Lighting Solutions, Nilesh served as an IT Black Belt specializing in Lean Six Sigma for process improvements, as well as an IT Project Leader overseeing the Project Management Office across multiple locations. Nilesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology.
