Jennifer Brotherton is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Brunswick Corporation since November 2020, Jennifer has previously held significant positions, including Market Human Resources Manager and District Human Resources Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation from 2013 to 2020. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as a Pharmacy Recruiter for Sears Holdings/Kmart from 1998 to 2013. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Missouri State University, earned between 1985 and 1995.
