Carl Bourassa is an experienced operations manager and strategic leader in the nuclear industry and business transformation. Currently serving as the Bruce B Auxiliaries Manager at Bruce Power since June 2012, Carl focuses on the safety of personnel and equipment at the Bruce B nuclear station. Previous roles at Bruce Power included Department Manager for Operations Nuclear Operations Support and the Heavy Water Program, where Carl was responsible for strategic planning and program governance. Carl's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Air Canada, American Express, and Bombardier Aerospace, with expertise in project management, process improvement, and reengineering. Educational credentials include an MBA in Strategy & Economics from Schulich School of Business, along with various certificates in leadership and eCommerce.
