Brandon Smith has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Bartender, Server, and Trainer at Bru Burger Bar since February 2014. Previously, Brandon held the position of Culinary Manager at Lucky's Market where responsibilities included managing the culinary department's daily operations. Prior roles include serving as a Server at Saul Good Restaurant and Pub, where Brandon advanced to Head-Wait, and working as a Pit Boss/Line Cook at City Barbeque, overseeing smoking processes and quality control. Brandon also gained experience as a Line Cook/Line Leader at Red Robin, contributing to the training of new hires. Educationally, Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Kentucky and an Associate of Arts in Political Science and Government from Bluegrass Community and Technical College.
