Sam Henshaw is an experienced professional in supplier quality management and new product development. Currently serving as the Supplier Quality Development Manager at BRP since May 2014, Sam oversees new product development activities with suppliers to ensure quality during the production launch phase. Previously, as the New Product Development Sourcing Project Lead at BRP, leadership was provided to development buyers through the early stages of product development. Prior experience includes roles at Bobcat Company as Team Lead for Supplier Quality and Supplier Quality Engineer, as well as a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op, focusing on Lean initiatives and process documentation. Early career experience includes a position as a Product Delivery Driver at Serv-Ice. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Machinery Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
