Frank Paquin

Director Global Service Desk/user Experience at BRP

Frank Paquin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Frank began their career at CAE Inc in 1989, where they served as a Group Leader for IT Infrastructure and Services. In this role, they led teams responsible for procuring and deploying IT equipment and managing voice telecommunications services. Frank remained at CAE Inc until 2007.

In 2008, Frank joined OZ Communications Inc as a Purchasing Manager before it was acquired by Nokia. Frank then transitioned to Nokia and held various roles, including Purchasing Manager and Quality and Change Manager, until 2011.

From 2011 to 2021, Frank worked at Gildan in multiple capacities. Frank initially served as a Service Desk Manager before advancing to the position of Director of IT Global Procurement and Operations. In this role, they were responsible for global technology procurement, management of IT vendor relationships, and oversight of the Global Service Desk and IT Operations teams.

In 2021, Frank joined Lumentum as the Director of End User Services, where they oversaw the end-user experience for the organization. Frank remained in this role until 2023.

Currently, Frank Paquin is the Director of Global Service Desk/User Experience at BRP, a position they have held since 2023.
