Flora Challou, PhD, currently serves as the Spirit Supply Manager at Broxburn Bottlers Ltd, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Flora was the Spirit Supply Team Leader at William Grant & Sons from August 2017 to March 2022, where responsibilities included compliance and quality systems, with expertise in BRC and ISO standards, as well as training in integrated management systems and HACCP. Flora's earlier experience includes work as a Process Engineer at Campden BRI from June 2015 to August 2017, focusing on process development and thermal treatment validation. Flora holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham and a Master of Engineering in Food Technology and Postharvest Engineering from KU Leuven.
