Anushka Baid has a diverse work experience in various roles. Anushka started their career as a Summer Intern at Shree Cement Ltd. in 2015. In 2019, they worked as a Business Development Intern at SVG Media Pvt Ltd and as a Social Media Manager at Travelong Inc.

Anushka then joined Zycus in 2020, where they held multiple roles, including Business Development Associate for New Business Opportunities and Business Development Executive for Customer Accounts. Their responsibilities involved qualifying leads, networking with procurement and supply chain executives, and pitching Zycus' portfolio.

In 2021, Anushka joined Locus as a Customer Success- Team Coordinator. In this role, they helped plan and implement Salesforce layout for the customer success team, assisted with CS team transition to Salesforce, and collaborated with senior leaders to enhance customer satisfaction programs.

Currently, Anushka works at BrowserStack as a Business Development Executive. Their duties include researching current business scenarios of customer accounts, identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, and initiating dialogues with testing, DevOps, and QA professionals.

Throughout their career, Anushka has demonstrated strong skills in business development, customer support, and relationship management.

Anushka Baid pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their enrollment at Maharani Gayatri Devi Girls' School from 2006 to 2014. During this period, they studied Business/Commerce, taking a general program without a specific degree. Following their secondary education, Anushka attended Manipal University Jaipur from 2014 to 2017, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing. Finally, from 2018 to 2020, Anushka was admitted to Jaipuria Institute of Management, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Service Management through their Post Graduate Diploma in Management program.
