Caroline Mills has over a decade of experience in the travel industry, currently serving as the Director at Brownell Travel since June 2011. Throughout this tenure, Caroline has successfully managed program participant databases, coordinated logistics, prepared travel documentation, and acted as the primary liaison with vendors and clients. Responsibilities have included overseeing program proposals, contracts, site visits, and billing processes, as well as preparing destination and hotel information. Prior experience includes roles at the American Diabetes Association and Vestavia Country Club, where Caroline focused on event coordination. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Birmingham-Southern College, awarded in 2011.
