Zoe Stollard (nee Raxter) is a Partner at Browne Jacobson LLP since March 2022, specializing in non-contentious construction and commercial projects, providing legal advice to developers, funders, and outsourcing contractors on various public and private domestic projects. Previously, Zoe held the position of Partner at Clarke Willmott LLP from October 2014 to March 2022, advising on significant projects such as the Hinkley Point C Nuclear Power Project. Prior to this, Zoe served as a Senior Associate at AdventBalance, Nabarro LLP, Baker & McKenzie, and Reed Smith, gaining extensive experience in infrastructure, power projects, and a range of legal aspects related to construction and commercial contracts. Zoe holds an MSc in Construction Law & Arbitration from King's College London, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice from the College of Law, York, and an MA Hons in French and Modern History from the University of St Andrews.
