Tom Cressey is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial property and real estate law. Currently serving as a Partner at Browne Jacobson since September 2024, Tom previously held a Partner position at JMW Solicitors LLP from August 2015 to September 2024, where advisable guidance was provided to developers, investors, and landowners. Prior to that, Tom was the joint head of the Real Estate department at SAS Daniels LLP from January 2012 to July 2015. Early career achievements include roles as an Associate at Cobbetts LLP and a Solicitor at Wacks Caller, as well as training at Burges Salmon LLP after earning a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Exeter between 1995 and 1998.
