Hayley Rivens MCIPD is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Browne Jacobson since April 2020, Hayley provides comprehensive employee relations advice to education clients in the West Midlands and beyond. Previous roles include Senior HR Advisor at Grupo Antolin and Head of HR at VINCI Energies UK & RoI. Hayley also held positions as Senior Human Resources Officer and HR Officer at Lear Corporation, where expertise was developed in automotive supply, along with HR Assistant roles at ICM Continuity Services Ltd and Bristan Group Ltd. Hayley's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma in Law from The University of Law, a Master of Arts in HR Management from Coventry University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language & Literature from Birmingham City University, along with a fully qualified CIPD accreditation in HR Management.
