Clare Foss is currently an Associate at Browne Jacobson, having transitioned from a similar role at Pinsent Masons, where experience included a focus on Competition, EU & Trade. Clare's legal training encompassed various specialties, including Competition, Restructuring & Insolvency, Corporate, and Property Development & Investment during the trainee solicitor phase. In addition to legal practice, Clare served as Sports Secretary for the Birmingham Trainee Solicitors' Society and as an ambassador for the university's Not On Campaign, advocating against sexual harassment. Academic credentials include a Legal Practice Course and MSc in Law, Business and Management from The University of Law, along with a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Birmingham, complemented by a strong academic foundation from Nottingham Girls’ High School.
