Vinny Badolato began their work experience in 2002 as a Partner at Dechert LLP, where they worked until 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they served as the Owner of Greencastle Homes, LLC. In 2010, Vinny joined Cooley LLP as an Attorney, holding this role until 2019. Since 2019, they have been working as Counsel at Brown Rudnick LLP.

Vinny Badolato completed their B.A. in Political Science & Organizational Behavioral Management from Brown University in the years 1985 to 1989. Vinny then pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from UCLA School of Law from 1991 to 1993.
