Shideh Shafie is a multifaceted professional currently serving as a Program Facilitator at Forum and an AMWA Evolve Coach for the American Medical Women's Association, focused on guiding physicians through their careers. As the owner of Shideh Shafie Performance Coaching, Shideh assists ambitious professional women in developing strategic plans to achieve their goals while balancing family and personal standards. Shideh also works as a Physician at Providence Community Health Centers, aiming to address health care disparities among economically vulnerable populations, and holds the position of Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Brown Emergency Medicine, where mentoring in high-pressure environments is a priority. Previously, Shideh was the Associate Medical Director at Maimonides Medical Center, concentrating on operational efficiency and budget management in a high-demand urban hospital setting. Education includes training at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, along with studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
