Emiliano Adinolfi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and software engineering. Currently serving as Gerente 2 and Gerente 3 at BROU since June 2021, Emiliano also holds the position of Project Management Officer and Director of Software Engineering at MontevideoIT since May 2018. Additionally, Emiliano has been a Grade Thesis Tutor and Professor at Universidad de la Empresa and Universitario Autónomo del Sur since 2010, focusing on Software Engineering and databases. Previous roles include Project Management Officer and Scrum Master at UTE, Jefe de Sistemas at the Presidencia de la República Oriental del Uruguay, and various positions in software development at companies such as Quanam, Infocorp, and Before Interactive Solutions. Emiliano holds an MBA and post-degree in Administration from Universidad Católica del Uruguay, along with a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad de la República.
