Eli Liedman serves as the Managing Director & Principal at Highpoint Property Group since February 2017, specializing in real estate ownership, development, and operation. In addition, Eli has been an Adjunct Instructor at NYU School of Professional Studies since January 2015, teaching courses related to construction financial management and project management, while also developing the Construction Cost Estimating course. Previous roles include Vice President of Development at Lexin Capital, Senior Project Manager at Naftali Group, and various positions focusing on development and construction management at Atlantic Development Group, Signature Urban Properties, Gramercy Property Group, Anbau Enterprises, and American Bridge Company. Eli holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University.
