Yuning Chen is an experienced Family Worker at the Brooklyn Chinese-American Association since October 2020, focusing on recruiting families for early education programs, providing case management services, and facilitating family engagement in education. Prior roles include Research Assistant positions at New York University and AidData, where Yuning contributed to social cognition studies and international aid tracking, respectively. Yuning's background also includes a Summer Internship at Evergrowing Bank, drafting due diligence reports, and serving as a Teaching Assistant at Williamsburg Campus Child Care, providing care for infants and toddlers.
