Stacey Denton is an experienced educator and leader with a diverse background in teaching and coordination. Currently serving as the Educational Coordinator at Brooklyn Community Services since October 2019, Stacey oversees TASC exam coordination. Stacey has been a Science Teacher at both the Ascend Center for Learning and New Hope Charter School since 2018 and 2017, respectively, and previously taught at Bedford Stuyvesant New Beginnings Charter School and Invictus Preparatory Charter School. In addition to teaching, Stacey has held roles as a counselor and stakeholder at Brooklyn Artist Collective and served as a tutor at MATHS AND SCIENCE TUTOR LTD and Harlem Children's Zone. As the CEO of Lyfemessage since 1996, Stacey emphasizes the importance of meaningful conversations for personal healing. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Lincoln University, obtained in 1989.
