Robert Puentes is a non-profit executive, network-builder, and collaborator with extensive experience in organization management, policy analysis, land use, finance, smart cities, and economic development. They hold a Master's degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia. Currently, they serve as the President & CEO of the Eno Center for Transportation and as a Vice President and Director at the Brookings Institution. Robert has also contributed to various advisory boards and commissions, including the New York State 2100 Infrastructure Commission and the Transportation Reinvention Commission of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
