David B. Weinberg serves as the CEO of Judd Enterprises and has held significant roles in various organizations, including Trustee and Co-Chair of the Foreign Policy Leadership Council at The Brookings Institution since November 2015. Weinberg is a longstanding member of the Civic Committee of the Commercial Club of Chicago and has been a Trustee at Northwestern University since January 2000. Additionally, membership in the Council on Foreign Relations has been maintained since January 2006. Weinberg has also been a Life Trustee and former Chairman of the Ravinia Festival since 1990. Academically, Weinberg graduated Cum Laude with an A.B. in Government from Harvard University and earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center.
