Aisha Thomas, MBA, serves as the Division Manager of Guest Services at Brookhaven National Laboratory since May 2020, overseeing a team of over 40 employees and managing a budget exceeding $10 million while ensuring compliance with DOE and GSA regulations. Aisha has demonstrated expertise in operational efficiency and service excellence, successfully implementing a 5G network to enhance connectivity in housing units. Prior to this role, Aisha held positions as Chef Concierge at The Beekman, a Thompson Hotel, and at Gramercy Park Hotel, where responsibilities included directing service operations, enhancing team efficiency, and cultivating key vendor relationships. Aisha also contributed as Treasurer for the New York City Association of Hotel Concierges, significantly reducing financial losses and automating accounting processes. Aisha's academic background includes an MBA from Stony Brook University and a B.S. in Medical Technology from the University of Montana.
