Dottie Suggs has extensive professional experience as a Trial Consultant and SC Office Manager at Janet, Janet & Suggs, LLC since January 2005. Additionally, Dottie Suggs has been involved with Brookgreen Gardens since 2003, serving on the fundraising board for the 900-acre sculpture garden. From January 2001 to June 2004, Dottie Suggs managed the Center for Collaborative Learning and Communication at Furman University, overseeing a writing and technology center for students, faculty, and staff. Dottie Suggs also held a volunteer leadership position as Service Unit Manager for the Girl Scouts of the USA from 1997 to 2004, working with 123 troops. Dottie Suggs holds a BA in International Studies from the University of South Carolina (1975-1979) and a Post Graduate degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the same university (1980-1981).
