Robert Giusti is a Principal UX Researcher at Microsoft, with additional experience as a League of Innovators at Brookfield Sustainability Institute. Previously, Robert held the position of User Research Lead at Koru and served as Research Lead at Fjord, part of Accenture Interactive. With a solid background in design research and strategy, Robert has contributed as a Manager of Academic & Special Projects at the Institute without Boundaries, where academic and corporate research initiatives were spearheaded. Additional roles include Sessional Faculty in Interaction Design & Development at Toronto's School of Design and Project Manager for the Research & Innovation Office, recognized as Canada's top applied research office. Robert's education includes a Master's in Interdisciplinary Design Strategy and a Certificate in Data Analytics, among other qualifications.
