Whit Bundy, CFA, currently serves as Senior Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management since January 2023. Whit has held the position of Chief Investment Officer at Maymont Homes since October 2018, and previously served as VP of Acquisitions and Asset Management. Prior experience includes various roles at WestRock Company from August 2011 to March 2018, including Sr. Manager of Finance, Manager of Financial Analysis, and Sr. Financial Analyst, all within the Land and Development sector. Whit also worked at Regions Financial Corporation from May 2008 to July 2011 as AVP, Underwriter IV, and AVP, Underwriter III, focusing on Commercial and Residential Real Estate. Earlier experience includes positions at RBC as an Associate and Analyst in Residential Real Estate Development. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College.
