Kathryn Gregorio has extensive work experience in the field of real estate finance and management. Kathryn started their career at Chemical Bank (now JPMorgan Chase) as a Vice President, where they managed and restructured distressed loans. Kathryn then moved on to Apple Bank for Savings, where they served as Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Commercial Mortgage Division. In this role, they successfully led a turnaround strategy and managed a troubled $1 billion real estate loan portfolio. Kathryn later joined Kamgirsons & Company, Inc. as a Partner, where they worked with a family office to source and acquire multifamily and hotel property assets. Additionally, they evaluated and invested in hedge and venture funds. Currently, they are employed at Brookfield Asset Management as a Senior Vice President, overseeing domestic and international real estate debt and equity transactions. Kathryn is responsible for managing foreclosed real estate assets, mezzanine debt, and mortgage positions. Kathryn also created and manages the ESG protocol for the debt platform and the large loan special servicer for Brookfield Real Estate Finance.
Kathryn Gregorio holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Pennsylvania.
