John Ross is a 5th Grade Teacher at Brooke Charter Schools since July 2023, previously serving as an Associate Teacher. John gained teaching experience as a Student Teacher at Boston College High School from January 2023 to May 2023, and as a Teacher Candidate at Bigelow Middle School from September 2022 to December 2022, where lessons focused on character analysis, argumentative writing, and cultural appreciation. Additional experience includes a Summer Teaching Internship at Saint Ignatius College Prep, where John crafted lessons on grammar and writing for incoming high school students, and further teaching practice at Newton North High School and Brighton High School. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education and Teaching with a focus on English and Communications from Boston College.
