Matthew Cuba, LNHA, MHA, currently serves as a Quality Improvement Specialist at TMF Health Quality Institute since April 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at Emerald Village Senior Living from August 2019 to April 2023, and as Assistant Administrator at St. Augustine Health Ministries from May 2015 to September 2019. Matthew also held the position of Administrator in Training at HCR ManorCare in 2014, and worked as Office Administrator at Cleveland Catholic Charities between February 2013 and March 2014. An earlier role was as Office Automation Clerk with the US Department of Health and Human Services in 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Healthcare Administration from LSU Shreveport (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Bryant & Stratton College-Cleveland (2010-2012), along with studies at The University of Toledo and The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
