Latisha Batts is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in senior living and wellness management. Currently serving as Executive Director and formerly as Health and Wellness Director at Brookdale since June 2022, Latisha has held several key positions, including Wellness Director at The Waterford at Virginia Beach and Assisted Living/Memory Support Unit Manager at Harbor's Edge Norfolk. Prior experience includes roles at Five Star Senior Living, where Latisha was Director of Resident Services and Director of a BTR unit, as well as an IAL Unit Coordinator at Marian Manor. Early in the career, Latisha worked as a charge nurse and LPN team lead, demonstrating strong leadership and clinical skills throughout. Latisha holds a PN diploma in Nursing from Delaware Technical Community College, completed between 1998 and 2001.
