Ian Yannuzzi has a strong background in the senior living industry, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Ian started their career as an Assisted Living Coordinator at Sunrise Senior Living in 2007 and later moved on to become an Executive Director at both Brookdale and Delaware Valley Residential Care. In 2016, they became the Executive Director at Sunrise Senior Living, where they served until 2018. Ian then took on the role of Senior Executive Director at Brandywine Living from 2018 to the present. Ian also holds positions on the Board of Directors for Pennsylvania Assisted Living Association (PALA) and Pennsylvania Assisted Living Association (PALA) as Vice President and President, respectively. In 2023, they will also assume the role of District Director of Operations at Brookdale.

Ian Yannuzzi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Counseling from Cairn University in 2003. Ian then obtained a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the same university in 2005.
