Olav Melteig has extensive experience in information security and management, currently serving as Sikkerhetssjef and Fungerende seksjonsleder / sikkerhetssjef at µþ°ùø²Ô²Ôø²â²õ³Ü²Ô»å°ù±ð²µ¾±²õ³Ù°ù±ð²Ô±ð since June 2020, and as Chief Information Security Officer at the Brønnøysund Register Centre since April 1997. Prior experience includes leading a team of approximately 600 staff conductors as Head of Conductor Unit at Norwegian State Railways from June 1994 to March 1997, and managing quality and customer service in local traffic as Product Manager. Earlier roles at Norwegian State Railways included Project Coordinator, responsible for passenger traffic during the 1994 Olympic Winter Games in Lillehammer. Olav Melteig holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Bodø University College and has further training in crisis management from The Norwegian Defence University College.
