Hanne Beard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the retail industry. Hanne started their career as a Sales Intern at Louis Vuitton in 2010. Later, they worked as a Marketing and Strategy Analyst at Citi, where they researched and analyzed market trends and managed content for the launch of an internal company forum. In 2012, Hanne interned at Jimmy Choo as a PR Intern and then at Matthew Williamson as a Marketing and PR Intern, where they coordinated press samples and managed events calendars. Hanne joined Michael Kors in 2013 as the EU Retail Operations Coordinator, responsible for planning and executing projects for District Managers and Store Managers across Europe. The number of retail branches increased significantly during their tenure, and they played a crucial role in new store openings. In 2017, they joined Burberry as a Global Training Manager - Retail Operations, focusing on creating and deploying Operations training globally and launching projects such as Omnichannel and CRM management system in stores. Hanne later served as the Global Retail Transformation Manager, leading transformation projects from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Hanne is working at Brompton Bicycle as the Global Head of Retail, where they are leading the continuous growth of retail and franchise stores globally and implementing strategies for expansion.

Hanne Beard completed their High School education at Marymount School, New York, USA from 2004 to 2006. Hanne then attended Francis Holland School from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued A Levels and achieved excellent grades in Maths, Economics, English Literature, and Philosophy & Ethics. Hanne later enrolled at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, where they obtained a degree in Business Management (BSc) from 2008 to 2012, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
