Joe Marriott is a Senior UX Consultant at Hargreaves Lansdown since November 2022, previously serving as a Senior User Researcher at the Ministry of Justice UK from November 2021 to September 2022. During time at the Ministry, Joe provided project direction and service design support for the Crown Court Billing service. Joe also held the position of Senior User Researcher at Hargreaves Lansdown from July 2019 to November 2021, where responsibilities included integrating user research into agile teams and formalizing research processes. Prior experience includes roles at Nomensa, where Joe was a Senior UX Consultant managing project delivery and client communications, and Bunnyfoot as a UX Consultant involved in user-centered design projects. Joe holds a BSc in Information and Communication Technology from The University of Huddersfield.
