Sharona Sternberg is a Partner specializing in Intellectual Property Litigation and Trademark Law at Sunstein LLP since March 2013, focusing on intellectual property litigation, trademark clearance, registration, and enforcement. Sternberg has effectively represented clients in various industries, including medical devices, software, retail, apparel, and pharmaceuticals, in patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation in federal courts. Prior to this role, Sternberg served as an Intellectual Property Litigation and Trademark Associate, as well as a Litigation Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Sternberg began legal training as a Summer Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and gained experience as a Litigation Intern at the Office of the Attorney General New York. Sternberg holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from Barnard College.
