Ryan Shaw is an experienced real estate professional with over 16 years in the industry. Currently serving as a Broker Associate at Brokers Guild - Cherry Creek Ltd since March 2011, Ryan has a strong background in client consultation, property marketing, and negotiation, particularly with bank-owned properties. Previous roles include Associate Broker positions at The Herman Group and Prudential Colorado Real Estate, where Ryan was responsible for managing commercial real estate contracts. Additional experience in sales and management at Intrawest, Christy Sports Ski and Patio, Dynamic Foot Positioning, and Gart Sports has further developed Ryan's customer service and sales skills. Ryan holds an Associate of Science degree in Real Estate from Red Rocks Community College and an Associate of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate Management from the same institution, alongside studies at Arapahoe Community College.
