Cheryl Roberts is an accomplished insurance and financial services professional with extensive experience in leadership and operational management. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for McDougall Insurance & Financial since January 2019, Cheryl oversees branch operations in the Western Region, focusing on personal and commercial lines as well as financial services. Previously, as the Western Ontario Regional Manager at HUB Financial Inc., responsibilities included managing regional managers across Canada and collaborating with senior executives on operational improvements. Cheryl’s earlier roles included Vice President at Bryson Financial, where initiatives included designing compliance regimes and developing training programs, and Branch Manager at RBC Insurance, where a new branch was launched successfully. Cheryl holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Toronto.
