Responsibilities include office management and support in diverse sectors like technology, hospitality, and healthcare. Prior to this role, Jana worked as a Board of Directors Counselor at the United States Embassy from 2008 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree from State University, an English Language Proficient degree from Michigan State University, and translator and teacher certificates from the United States Embassy and Yale New Haven Hospital, respectively.
