Hannah Sinclair is a Senior Associate at Brodies LLP since August 2020, with extensive experience in complex cross-border asset and structured finance transactions. Previously, Hannah served as a Consultant and later as a Senior Associate at Watson Farley & Williams from October 2019 to July 2020 and September 2005 to August 2018, respectively, having initially joined as a trainee solicitor in 2005 and qualifying in 2007 before relocating to the Singapore office in 2008. Hannah holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Aberdeen (1996-2000) and obtained a PGDL and LPC in Law from The College of Law in York and Guildford (2002-2004).
