Marc Held started their career in 1996 as the Vice President of National Sales at Bodek and Rhodes, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined Hit Promotional Products as Vice President and served until 2018. In the same year, they became the President/Chief Revenue Officer at NAPCO/Promo Marketing Media Group until June 2018. Currently, Marc is the Senior Vice President of Sales at alphabroder, starting in July 2018.

Marc Held attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management.
