Natasha Martin is an experienced banking professional with a diverse background in financial services. Natasha has served as the VP-Flagship Financial Center Manager at Broadway Bank since January 2020, overseeing financial operations and customer experience. Prior roles at BBVA in the USA included Home Equity Project Manager III, where Natasha focused on enhancing customer experience in loan origination, and various leadership positions such as Branch Retail Executive and Retail Consumer Lending Specialist. Natasha's earlier career includes significant roles at Washington Mutual, First Union National Bank, and First National Bank, which contributed to strong sales management and exceptional customer service skills.
