Theodore G. has extensive experience in live services and operations within the gaming industry, currently serving as Director of Live Services at Broadsword Online Games since June 2023, overseeing the Live Services for SWTOR. Previously, at BioWare from August 2018 to June 2023, Theodore held multiple roles including Director of Live Services and Live Operations, and Producer for Online Operations, managing game launches and updates for titles such as Mass Effect and Dragon Age. Prior to BioWare, experience at Electronic Arts involved senior manager responsibilities in global insights and analytics, as well as studio reporting. Theodore's career began at Blizzard Entertainment as a Customer Service Team Manager and started with the US Marine Corps as a Corporal in Aviation Electronics, where significant operational responsibilities and improvements were executed. Education includes an Associate of Science in Mathematics from Austin Community College.
