My Ha Nguyen is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Analyst in Credit Risk at Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. since July 2021. In this role, My Ha conducts sensitivity analyses to evaluate the credit health of a diverse North American and Canadian portfolio, analyzes financial statements to assess key metrics and risks of prospective and current tenants, and assists in the preparation of quarterly financial reports. Prior to this, My Ha worked at Empire Valuation Consultants as a Senior Research Analyst and Research Analyst, providing financial modeling support for business valuation analysis and preparing comprehensive research reports.
