Alan Carey currently serves as the Head of London Actuarial at Broadstone Corporate Benefits Limited, a position held since November 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Consulting Actuary at JLT Benefits Solutions and Alexander Forbes Financial Services Ltd, spanning from December 2012 to October 2019 and October 2004 to December 2012, respectively. Alan began a career in actuarial science as a Consulting Actuary at Mercer Human Resource Consulting from August 1997 to October 2004 and started as an Actuarial Student at Royal London from December 1993 to August 1997. Alan holds a Fellowship from the Institute of Actuaries, earned between 1994 and 1999, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham, obtained from 1989 to 1992.
