Michele Dvorak RN, MA, is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in case management for various populations, including workers' compensation and Medicare recipients. Currently serving as a Field Medical Case Manager at Broadspire since October 2017, Michele evaluates injured workers' medical and vocational statuses to facilitate timely returns to work. Previous roles include Medicare Nurse Case Manager at Lifesprk Home Health Care, Adult Complex Case Manager at Medica, and Nurse Case Manager at Metropolitan Health Plan. Michele holds a Master's Degree in Gerontology and Bachelor's and Associate's Degrees in Nursing from Bethel University and Technical College of the Lowcountry, respectively.
