Billy Joseph is an experienced product and loyalty specialist with a robust background in customer retention and service management. Currently serving as a Product Specialist at Broadsign since August 2021, Billy previously held the position of Loyalty and Retention Specialist III at Koodo from June 2017 to August 2021, where responsibilities included managing escalations, overseeing payment services, and serving as a Web Store subject matter expert. Prior to that, at TELUS from April 2014 to August 2017, Billy worked as a Loyalty and Retention Specialist. Additionally, experience as a Content Specialist involved content analysis, creation, AI implementation, and troubleshooting. Billy Joseph is an alumnus of Dawson College, having attended from 1992 to 1994.
