Vivek Balram is an accomplished Tech Lead at Broadcom Limited since December 2014, specializing in Design for Test (DFT) for multi-million gate System on Chips (SoCs), with a focus on ensuring maximum coverage and timely implementation. Prior experience includes roles as a Staff Engineer at MaxLinear, Sr Design Engineer at Texas Instruments, Lead Engineer at Open-Silicon, Senior Design Engineer at Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd, and DFT Engineer at Thomson Telecom, where responsibilities involved DFT architecture, test program support, and DFT structure insertion. Vivek began a career in the semiconductor industry after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Visvesvaraya Technological University, graduating in 2003.
