Nicole Fagen is an accomplished leader in product management and IT operations with extensive experience in roles at prominent technology companies. Currently, as Director of AIOps and Automation and Director of Product Management at Broadcom Inc., Nicole oversees strategic initiatives in automation. Previously, Nicole served as a VP of Product Management and Sr. Director at CA Technologies, directing teams in IT operations, workload automation, and support delivery across various platforms. Additionally, Nicole contributed to the International Db2 Users Group as a liaison to the Board of Directors, further demonstrating commitment to enhancing the information services community. Nicole began a career at IBM, progressing through positions from Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer, focusing on high availability solutions and client interactions. Nicole holds a Master’s in Applied Mathematics from Clarkson University and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics, Physics, and Sociology from St. Lawrence University.
